Daily Cabin Cleaning:

• We provide daily cabin cleaning and tidying services, including making beds, vacuuming floors, wiping surfaces, and emptying trash bins.

Room Cleaning:

• Room cleaning is conducted twice a day, including the cleaning of drink and food areas and replenishing bathroom supplies. For additional cleaning requests, simply call the housekeeping team from your room phone.

Towels:

• Fresh towels, including beach towels, are provided daily.

Bed Linen:

• Bed sheets, pillowcases, and other linen are changed weekly or more frequently as needed, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic sleeping environment.

Cleaning and Care Products:

• Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and other personal care products are provided. For additional items, contact the housekeeping team.

Extra Supplies:

• Extra personal care items such as toothpaste and toothbrushes can be requested and will be supplied by the housekeeping staff.

Pool Towels:

• Fresh and clean pool towels are available at towel stations around the pool area. Please collect and return towels to the designated stations after use.

General Tipping:

• We encourage a daily tip of €5 - €10 per night to show your appreciation for the housekeeping staff’s dedicated service.

Service Quality:

• Feel free to increase your tip based on the quality of service received, especially if you have special requests or receive exceptional service.
