Aqua Sail Cruises Baggage Policy
At Aqua Sail Cruises, we prioritize your comfort and safety throughout every stage of your journey. Our baggage policy is designed to manage onboard space efficiently and ensure your security. Below are important details regarding your baggage during your voyage.
Baggage Limitations
Cabin Baggage:
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of cabin baggage onboard.
- Cabin baggage should not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm in dimensions and must weigh no more than 8 kg.
Checked Baggage:
- Each passenger may bring up to two pieces of checked baggage.
- Each piece of checked baggage must not exceed 23 kg in weight, with a total weight limit of 46 kg per passenger.
Baggage Contents
Prohibited Items:
- For security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives, weapons, sharp objects, and hazardous chemicals onboard. Please visit our website for a complete list of prohibited items.
Valuables:
- Please keep valuable items such as passports, cash, jewelry, and electronic devices in your cabin baggage. Aqua Sail Cruises is not responsible for lost or damaged valuables.
Baggage Handling
Embarkation:
- During embarkation, your checked baggage will be collected from outside your cabin and transported securely to your cabin. You will be responsible for carrying your cabin baggage.
Disembarkation:
- On disembarkation day, your checked baggage should be left outside your cabin and collected within the designated times. Detailed instructions will be provided during embarkation.
Lost Luggage
Reporting Lost Luggage:
- If your luggage is lost, please report the issue immediately to the information desk on board or contact our customer service team. You will be required to fill out a lost baggage report.
Tracking and Assistance:
- Aqua Sail Cruises will make every effort to locate and return your lost luggage. We will assist you in tracking your luggage and provide support throughout the process.
Compensation:
- While we strive to recover lost luggage, Aqua Sail Cruises is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We will assist in filing a claim if your luggage remains missing for an extended period.
